Square type cooling tower

Our Square Type Cooling Tower cooling towers operate upon induced draft counter flow principle. These light weight, tough and compact cooling towers are modular in nature to help design a customized structure to suit the customer’s requirement.

The mechanism of Square Type cooling towers comprising of design, axial flow fan, casing, basin, fills, motors, splash caps, water distribution, etc. functions and delivers superior performance results. Immense flexibility is brought in by the multi-cell cooling towers, which may be tailor-made as per individual’s duty conditions and space availability.

The series employs static water distribution system made of PVC pipes with multiple branch arms and PP splash caps for low pressure drop and uniform distribution of water throughout the fill area.

The water cooling is obtained with counter current system, i.e. hot water falling down splashing and fractioning through the picking/filling in a myriad of drops while the air stream is on its way up. A very effective heat exchange is reached by this mean.

Round type cooling Tower

Our round bottle shape cooling towers embody excellent design, up-to-date technology and other innovative features. We manufacture round bottle-shaped FRP cooling towers to meet the high demands of customers requiring compact, efficient and heavy duty cooling towers.

Our aesthetically cooling towers comprise a bottle shape with an axial flow fan on the top to extend vertical air discharge. Industrial heated water flows into the cooling tower through water inlet connection provided in the auxiliary suction tank fitted underneath the FRP basin. The hot water, driven by the force of pump moves upward via center stand pipe fitted on to the auxiliary suction tank. A self-rotating sprinkler attached on the top of stand pipe rotates the water to distribute it evenly over the fills/packing.

The occurrence of counter interaction of air and water leads to the vaporization, which results in the thermal separation of heat. A small amount of water vaporizes to the atmosphere and the remaining water gets cooler. Finally, the cold water is collected into the leak proof FRP basing for re-circulating it to the industrial process.

The bottle shape facilitates in lowering the internal pressure drop of air. It also allows the external dry air to enter into the cooling tower from all directions. It is precisely because of this that the series reflects the most reliable and efficient cooling towers among all designs available in the market.

This rugged war horse in our stables, incorporate multi blade, cast aluminum, adjustable pitch fan assembly driven by special T.E, IP-55 protected Geared Motor with low R.P.M and higher air discharge capacities. The tower structural and supporting sections are HDG Steel, fastened with SS fasteners, and suited for hot, harsh and humid atmospheric industrial conditions.

The standard cladding profile of corrugated asbestos cement sheet, the joints of which are lapped to minimize water spillage. The Treated Wooden Splash bars, the fill media, are supported on FRP Grids to ensure positive and permanent positioning. The wooden splash bars are of imported pine woods, chemically treated to arrest fungal or algae formations. The design incorporates accommodation of waters with very high TDS factors The hot water from the source when circulated to the collection basin with flower pot nozzles, are sprayed over the fill area. Simultaneously, air is induced through the fill media thus taking away the latent heat from the water passing through the fill media


We design the fanless cooling tower using scientific principles of thermal conductivity in which heat is transferred from boiling water to natural air and then combined to attain higher heat transmission.
